يجري تنفيذه ضمن لائحة معالجة "العشوائيات"
تأسيس شركة مطورة لمشروع «جبل الشراشف» في مكة



يدخل مشروع تطوير مشروع منطقة جبل الشراشف في مدينة مكة المكرمة، مرحلة مهمة في التنفيذ خلال الفترة الحالية، وذلك بإتمام شركة البلد الأمين جميع الخطوات التنفيذية لتأسيس شركة جرهم المطورة للمشروع.

وأقرت الجمعية التأسيسية الأولى لشركة جرهم للتنمية والتطوير، الخطوات الرئيسة لانطلاقها، كما صادقت على النصوص النهائية للنظام الأساسي للشركة، الصادر بعد الترخيص لها من قبل وزير التجارة والصناعة بالقرار الوزاري رقم (396 / ق) وتاريخ 2/3/1436هـ.

من ناحيته، اعتبر الدكتور أسامة البار؛ أمين العاصمة المقدسة ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة البلد الأمين للتنمية والتطوير العمراني، أن انتهاء إجراءات تأسيس شركة جرهم للتنمية والتطوير، خطوة مهمة لدفع تنفيذ مشروع تطوير جبل الشراشف، حيث ستكون الشركة هي الذراع التنفيذية لإكمال المراحل الأخرى وفق الخطط الزمنية المعدة سابقا، وتحقيق الأهداف المرسومة للمشروع. وأوضح البار، أن شركة البلد الأمين، أنهت المهام الرئيسة التي أوكلت لها بكفاءة ومهنية واحترافية كاملة فيما يخص تنفيذ المخطط العام، مخطط البنية التحتية، نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وقاعدة البيانات الأولية، الرفع المساحي، خريطة استعمالات الأراضي، المسح الاجتماعي للسكان، الدراسة السوقية، فضلاً عن دعوة المستثمرين ومباشرة خطوات تأسيس الشركة المطورة، مؤكداً على جهود الجهات الحكومية الأخرى في اللجنة الوزارية المشكلة لمشروع معالجة وتطوير المناطق العشوائية.

وأفاد البار بأن مشروع تطوير جبل الشراشف، يعتبر أول مشروع يجري تنفيذه ضمن لائحة معالجة وتطوير المناطق العشوائية الصادر من المقام السامي في عام 1429هـ، مؤكداً أنه سيكون أنموذجاً في التخطيط والإدارة والتنفيذ لباقي مشاريع تطوير المناطق العشوائية في مكة المكرمة التي تشمل 66 حياً.

من جهته، بين الدكتور عبدالله سراج الدين؛ الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة البلد الأمين، أن شركة جرهم للتنمية والتطوير، التي تتكون من نخبة من المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال والشركات، أصبحت الآن مؤهلة لاستكمال المراحل التنفيذية من المشروع، مثل وضع المخططات التنفيذية التفصيلية، ومتابعة حصر وتسجيل العقارات وإعلان تقييم الأراضي، فضلاً عن تعويض الملاك الراغبين في البيع أو الاستثمار.

وأوضح أن شركة البلد الأمين ستعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع شركة جرهم للتنمية والتطوير، بوصفها المسؤولة عن مشروع تطوير المناطق العشوائية في منطقة مكة المكرمة، فضلاً عن تقديم خبراتها في النواحي الفنية والتنظيمية والتنفيذية.

ويهدف مشروع تطوير جبل الشراشف في مكة المكرمة إلى إعادة تكوين البيئة العمرانية على أساس التكاملية والترابط المبني على أسس وخطط شاملة ومتناسقة، تشمل جميع جوانب البيئة العمرانية مثل إسكان الحجاج والمعتمرين، التشكيل العمراني، الإسكان الدائم والموسمي، شبكات المواصلات، المرافق والخدمات العامة.

وتبلغ مساحة جبل الشراشف تحت التطوير ما يقارب 1.6 مليون متر مربع، فيما تبعد أقرب نقطة من المشروع بعد 500 متر من المسجد الحرام، بينما سيتم تحويل المنطقة العشوائية القريبة من المسجد الحرام إلى مخطط عمراني متعدد الاستخدامات على مستوى عالمي، ما يسهم في تحسين النسيج الحضري العمراني لمكة المكرمة.

وتتألف منطقة التطوير من ثلاث مناطق، هي الطندباوي من الدائري الثاني جنوبا وشارع جرهم غرباً، ومنطقة جرهم من شارع جرهم شرقا وشارع المنصور غرباً ومنطقة المنصور يحدها الطريق الدائري الثاني شمالاً، وشارع إبراهيم الخليل شرقا والمنصور غرباً.

ويحتوي المخطط الرئيس الشامل للمشروع على أكثر من ألف قطعة أرض، بإجمالي 7.2 ملايين متر مربع من المساحة المبني عليها، فيما ستكون مرافق المشروع بعد اكتماله، ما بين مرافق سكنية دائمة، سكنية تجارية، سكنية موسمية، تجارية متعددة الاستخدامات، اجتماعية وتربوية، خدمات صحية، إلى جانب المساجد، ومراكز للدفاع المدني والشرطة، إضافة إلى المساحات الخضراء والمتنزهات".

ويعتمد مشروع التطوير على إنشاء خط دائري يلتف حول سفح الجبل بعد إزالة المناطق العشوائية، كما يرتبط المشروع داخلياً وخارجياً بالمناطق المحيطة بشبكة من الطرق والجسور الحديثة لكل من المركبات والمشاة، مع تصميم طريق داخلي في الحي بعرض 40 مترا ويتفرع بدوره إلى ممرين متوازيين شمالي وجنوبي يؤديان إلى شارع إبراهيم الخليل الحالي، وإلى الجانب الغربي المقترح من الطريق الدائري الثاني.

90 جبل عمر: نسبة الأعمال المنجزة فعليا في المرحلة الأولى 

• أعلنت شركة «جبل عمر» والتي تقوم بتطوير وتعمير منطقة جبل عمر المجاور للمسجد الحرام، عن آخر تطورات مشاريعها بنهاية العام المالي المنتهي بتاريخ 1435هـ، من خلال تقرير مجلس الادارة.
  
  وذكرت الشركة أن المرحلة الأولى تم الانتهاء منها بنسبة انجاز قدرها 90% حيث ينتظر افتتاح عدد من الفنادق والأسواق التجارية خلال هذا العام 1436هـ.
  
  أولا: المرحلة الأولى:
  
  مكونات المشروع: 4 قواعد بناء (بديومات) وعدد 10 أبراج فندقية وعدد 86 فيلا وشقة سكنية مسطحاتها البنائية حوالي 473 ألف متر مربع ومطلة على شارع ابراهيم الخليل.
  
  مشاريع تم تشغيلها: افتتاح وتشغيل أول فندق بالكامل وهو أجنحة هيلتون مكة بمنطقة (S1) في شهر رمضان 1435هـ، تم تشغيل السوق التجاري الاول بمنطقة (S1) المطل على شارع ابراهيم الخليل المكون من (4) أدوار.
  
  الفنادق والأسواق المتوقع افتتاحها خلال العام القادم في المرحلة الأولى
  
  الاسواق التجارية: سيتم افتتاح السوق التجاري في منطقة S2 قريبا، علما انه بدأ تأجير بعض الدكاكين فيه.
  
  فندق ماريوت: يتكون من برجين ويضم 426 غرفة، تم الانتهاء من التأثيث من المتوقع افتتاحه خلال الاسابيع القادمة.
  
  فندق الحياة: يتكون من برجين، ويضم 660 غرفة، متوقع تشغيله قبل شهر رمضان 1436هـ.
  
  فندق هيلتون كوارد: يتكون من برجين، ويضم 440 غرفة، متوقع تشغيله قبل موسم الحج 1436هـ.
  
  نسبة الإنجاز: ما تم تنفيذه في هذه المرحلة فعليا 90%.
  
  ثانيا: المرحلة الثانية:
  
  مكونات المشروع: ويتم تنفيذها من قبل اتحاد شركتي بيتور العربية السعودية وأزميل للمقاولات ويتم تمويلها من زيادة رأس المال والتي اعلن عنها بتاريخ 25/3/2012م ومدة تنفيذه 24 شهراً.
  
  نسبة الإنجاز: بلغت نسبة الانجاز حاليا 20%، يعود سبب التأخير في انجاز المرحلة الثانية لقيام الشركة المنفذة بإعادة الدراسات الخاصة بتصاميم الاساسات السابقة والتي كانت مصممة على الخوازيق المنفذة من السابق وتم تعديلها بالكامل لتكون أساسات خرسانية (لبشة) وقد تطلب ذلك وقتاً طويلاً في اجراء دراسات التربة وإعادة عمل تصاميم الأساسات.
  
  ثالثا: المرحلة الثالثة:
  
  مكونات المشروع: وتتكون من قاعدتي بناء وعدد 4 ابراج فندقية من ضمنها البرجان التوأمان المطلان على طريق الملك عبدالعزيز، وكذلك السوق التجاري الرئيسي وتبلغ مسطحاتها البنائية حوالي 398 ألف متر مربع ويتم تنفيذها من قبل اتحاد شركتي الإنشاء العربية ودريك أند سكل اعتباراً من 27/1/1434هـ الموافق 11/12/2012م ويتم تمويله من قرض وزارة المالية والذي اعلن عنه بتاريخ /12/2012م ومدة العقد (36) شهراً.
  
  نسبة الإنجاز: وقد بلغت نسبة ما تم تنفيذه في هذه المرحلة 22% تم الانتهاء من الاعمال الانشائية لبرجين اثنين، أما بالنسبة للبرجين الاخرين فقد وصلت عمليات الانشاء والبناء للدور الرابع.
  
  رابعا: المرحلة الرابعة:
  
  مكونات المشروع: وتشتمل على مناطق (S9.S10.S11) وتبلغ مسطحاتها البنائية حوالي 320 الف متر مربع وتتكون من ثلاث قواعد بناء وسبعة ابراج فندقية وتم توقيع العقد مع شركة المدائن ومدة التنفيذ (36) شهراً.
  
  نسبة الإنجاز: انتهى المقاول من اعمال التجهيزات بالموقع، وبدأ في أعمال صب الخرسانة.
  
  خامسا: المرحلة الخامسة:
  
  مكونات المشروع: تتكون من 3 قواعد بناء وعدد 5 أبراج فندقية، وعدد المسطحات الاجمالية لها 173 ألف م2.
  
  نسبة الإنجاز: تم الاعلان عنه، وتقدمت عدة شركات لتنفيذ المشروع، ولم يتم ترسية المشروع على أي شركة حتى الآن.

…oooopppssss…a slight mishap with the tumbling down of Karam hotel…



…actually it is a major problem…not at all a slight ooopppssss moment…Hotel Karam (hibiscus dot) sits 
almost directly above the Manakha tunnel which is a major link between north and south on the western side
of Madinah (lime green line on diagram below)…during the past few days for several hours both day and night
the tunnel has had to be closed due to the safety concerns with this failed implosion…causing chaos as the 
diversion routes are inadequate for the usual heavy flow of traffic…



…Saqeefa is the turquoise dot…the plans for the complete extension encompass the garden of Saqeefa…as I
have mentioned many times before…apart from the historical significance it holds in our golden era of our 
Blessed Prophet SallAllahu alaihi wasallam…which is reason enough for all efforts to be made to maintain it…
but it is also the only living green for miles…and hence so important for the health of the thousands needing
to breathe in and around the Haram area…why could it not be retained as a garden within the proposed courtyard?
…it is not enough that is becomes a mere dot on a section of marble indicating it used to be here…this sadly has
been the fate of too many of our heritage sites…this generation of children will grow up with little awareness of 
so many Mubarak places…may Allah Ta’ala guide and save us…Ameen…

…the still standing library (sea green dot)…interesting as to why it has been left to the last in this row of 
now disappeared hotels…



…plus this grey barrier between the leaning shell and the doomed Sabaq project (yellow area) prevents direct
access to Haram for the residents in the row of hotels just beyond the Karam…guests now have to walk all the 
way back to near Masjid Ali (red line on the diagram) and then double back again across the courtyard…an even
longer detour for sisters to reach their designated prayer area…



…and this access to the Haram underground carpark has also been denied at times…(blue line)
…Allahu ‘Alum how long this impasse will be…meanwhile security, police and other officials are stationed where
these photos were taken…and of course wondering what a niqabi is doing coming so close taking photos…

…even when the Karam hotel issue is resolved the street behind the grey barriers will probably remain in place 
as the demolition of the Sabaq complex will also pose another major safety concern and the rubble will block the 
way anyway…the clearing away of other sites of tons of concrete and steel takes weeks…



…and next to be reduced to rubble and dust…many of the major hotels on the eastern side…Shaza was not that
long ago renovated…after years of the previous hotel being gutted for the update…map from skyscrapercity…where
you can see other views of the leaning Karam hotel…blue is the now gone Green Palace…the red area contains a group
of buildings which are in the process of being stripped…and Masjid Bukhara is marked by the lime green…voices are quiet
regarding its fate…so many fond memories of meeting so many over the years in most of these hotels…
SubhanAllah…who would have thought hundreds of functioning hotels would become vague blips in history…

…Insha’Allah fervent Du’as are made for the Haramain…the changes that are underway are boggling…unbelievably boggling…

كشفت هيئة تطوير المدينة المنورة عن التصميم المعماري والعمراني لمشروع تنفيذ مداخل و بوابات المدينة المنورة على الطرق الرئيسية الثلاثة، بعد أن أعلنت عن طرح المنافسة لتنفيذ بوابتين الأولى على طريق الهجرة من المدخل الجنوبي للمدينة المنورة، والبوابة الثانية على طريق المدينة المنورة - القصيم السريع من المدخــل الشرقي،على أن يتم تنفيذ البوابة الثالثة على طريق تبوك من المدخل الغربي في وقت لاحق ، بما يتلاءم مع البيئة المحلية والطابع التراثي للمدينة المنورة، مع توفير الخدمات اللازمة للزوار والحجاج عند القدوم والمغادرة.

وأوضح أمين هيئة تطوير المدينة المنورة الدكتور طلال الردادي أن الهدف من المشروع هو إيجاد معلم حضاري ذو هوية فريدة حيث يعبر تصميم المدخل والبوابة عن المدينة المنورة ومكانتها التاريخية والإسلامية, مضيفا أنه تم الوضع في الحسبان الاعتبارات الجمالية لتصميم مداخل المدينة المنورة من خلال طرح أفكار تصميمية إبداعية ومبتكرة وفي نفس الوقت إيجاد علامة معمارية مميزة تدل على موقع الوصول للمدينة المنورة مع توفير الخدمات اللازمة للزوار والحجاج عند القدوم والمغادرة.

وأشار الدكتور الردادي إلى أهمية الاستدامة في تصميم موقع المداخل والمباني المقترحة به من خلال تأكيد الوحدة والارتباط العضوي بين عناصر المشروع ، إضافة إلى الاستفادة من الوسائل التقنية المتقدمة في تصميم وتنفيذ المداخل المدينة المنورة وفي تقديم الخدمات المختلفة بها.

كما تحدث عن وجود تخطيط شبكة متكاملة من حركة وتجمعات السيارات والحافلات والخدمات والطوارئ ومراعاة عدم التداخل بينها ، و التحكم في حركة السيارات والحافلات وتخطيط المسارات الأساسية والفرعية ونقاط التفتيش ومواقف الانتظار بكفاءة تامة ، إضافة إلي التنسيق الفراغي المتكامل للموقع وعناصره المختلفة بما يعكس تصميم جذاب ذو قيم جمالية متميزة ، وذلك من خلال تنفيذ الأفكار التصميمية المبتكرة لعناصر الفراغات (الأرصفة،الأسوار، الإضاءة ، الألوان)، مع مراعاة عوامل السلامة والأمان في كافة عناصر المداخل والعناية بتخطيط الموقع من ناحية خطط حالات الطوارئ والإخلاء .

وذكر أمين هيئة تطوير المدينة المنورة أن مشروع البوابات يحتوي على مسجد يضم مرافقه وأيضا محلات تجارية و سوبر ماركت و مطاعم , إضافة إلى وجود مركز معلومات وأيضا مبان خاصة بالجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة التي تقوم بتشغيل البوابة وتقدم الخدمات اللازمة للعابرين بها , ومواقف سيارات عامة وخاصة وحافلات , مع مراعاة وجود ساحات وحدائق مع العناية بتنسيق التشجير ونباتات ومسطحات خضراء وعناصر الطبيعية المختلفة ، وتصميم اللافتات الإرشادية ولافتات توجيه حركة المرور.

كشفت جولة وزير النقل المهندس عبدالله المقبل، في محطة قطار الحرمين بالمدينة المنورة، أمس الأول، تأخر تسليم محطة قطار الحرمين بالمدينة شهرين، وذلك لعدم التزام المقاول بالتسليم في الوقت المحدد مسبقا، وهو بعد عشرة أيام وبالتحديد في 31 ديسمبر الجاري.

وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن جولة الوزير جاءت مفاجئة للإطلاع على سير المشروع، ونسب الإنجاز، التي يسير عليها المشروع، فيما تجولت «عكاظ» في محطة قطار الحرمين بطيبة، والتقطت صورا حديثة للمحطة، التي يبدو بها العمل متقدما بمرحلة كبيرة، إلا أنه لم يصل لمرحلة تركيب القضبان الحديدية، وذلك في المسار الحديدي الموصل للمحطة، حيث انتهت بشكل كامل الأعمال المدنية التي تتضمن تنفيذ أعمال البنية الأساسية، وهي عبارة عن أعمال ردم وتسوية ورصف مسار الخط الحديدي وبناء الجسور، بينما لم تبدأ حتى الآن أعمال ما يخص المسار الحديدي الواقع بالقرب من محطة القطار داخل المدينة المنورة.

وأكد مصدر مطلع لـ«عكاظ» أن محطة القطار بطيبة بحاجة إلى شهرين حتى يتم الانتهاء من أعمال بنائها وتجهيزها، إضافة إلى تركيب القضبان الحديدية في المسار المخصص للقطار في المنطقة الواقعة بنطاق المدينة المنورة، التي لم تنته بعد. وتوقع المصدر أن يتم تسليم المحطة والمسار الحديدي ليكون جاهزا للتشغيل التجريبي في شهر فبراير المقبل على أقل تقدير. في السياق ذاته، أوضحت مصادر فنية بمشروع قطار الحرمين أن المشروع بين محطتي مكة المكرمة وجدة واجهته بعض المعوقات

بسبب الازدحام المروري في طريق الحرمين، ونقل الخدمات من المسار، مشيرة إلى وجود تنسيق يتم لسرعة لنقل هذه الخدمات، لافتة إلى أن عددا كبيرا من الجسور والعبارات تم الانتهاء منها. وبينت المصادر أن نسبة الإنجاز في المشروع بالنسبة للمحطات منذ بدء التنفيذ وحتى الآن وصلت ما بين ٨٠ و٩٠ في المئة، كما أن الأعمال المدنية للمشروع انتهت من المسار، الذي يبدأ من المدينة المنورة، وحتى مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية.

MADINAH: The Miqat Mosque, also called Aaba Ali or Bir Ali, is one of the most noticeable spots in Madinah. It is the station for pilgrims from the Prophet’s city and pilgrims passing through it. RIYADH — The first phase of Madinah’s new international airport is nearing completion at a cost of $1.4 billion.

Initially, the new Prince Muhammad International Airport can accommodate 8 million passengers a year, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

As part of preparations for starting operation, Faisal Al-Sugair, deputy president of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), made on Wednesday an inspection tour to the new airport facilities.

His tour covered passenger terminals, check-in-counters, reservation and immigration counters, aerobridges and other facilities.

The airport will have the capacity to accommodate 11 million passengers when the second phase is completed and 27 million with the completion of the final phase.

The airport will have a total area of over four million square meters, of which the arrival and departure terminals will have 153,000 square meters.

There will be 16 gates connected with 32 aerobridges, in addition to 64 check-in-counters, and 25 self-service counters. There will be 12 special counters and six waiting lounges for pilgrims during the Haj season on a total area of 10,500 square meters, besides a parking a lot for 100 buses for pilgrims.

It is the Kingdom’s first airport project being implemented wholly by the private sector on build-operate-transfer basis.

A consortium, led by Turkish group TAV Airports alongside partners Al Rahji and Saudi Oger, is implementing the project. The consortium will also be in charge of managing and running the airport after it is completed, and will operate it for at least 25 years.

عام ثالث يهل ولاتزال منطقة سيد الشهداء بالمدينة المنورة تخلو من جامع يؤدي فيه الأهالي الصلاة، حيث يطالب أهالي حي سيد الشهداء وزارة الشؤون الاسلامية بسحب مشروع جامع سيد الشهداء حمزة من المتبرع الذي لم يستطع اكمال بنائه بسبب خلاف مع المقاول المنفذ.

ويعيش زوار وأهالي منطقة سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبدالمطلب احد اهم المناطق التاريخية الاسلامية والواقع بجانب جبل أحد في حيرة من أمرهم إذ أنهم يضطرون للصلاة في مسجد مؤقت تم بناؤه بمساحة صغيرة جدا بجانب هذا المعلم التاريخي الكبير اضافة الى وجود خدمات متواضعة من دورات مياه واماكن صغيرة للوضوء لا تكفي حاجتهم.

ويؤكد ابراهيم المولد ان الجامع رغم حداثة تصميمه يعد أحد أكبر مساجد المدينة المنورة والذي اكتمل منه 60% وتم بدء العمل به بعد هدم المسجد القديم وبشكل متواصل إلا أن العمل توقف به منذ عامين نظرا لحصول خلاف بين الممول (المتبرع) والمقاول في صرف مستحقات المقاول ما أدى إلى توقف المقاول عن البناء، واستغرب الأهالي توقف المشروع لفترة طويلة جداً امتدت لثلاثة اعوام متصلة رغم أهمية المسجد الذي يتوافد عليه مئات الآلاف من الزوار على مدار العام كونه يتوسط حي سيد الشهداء ويصل عدد سكانه إلى 15 ألف نسمة. واستغرب بندر المزيني قيام الشؤون الإسلامية بتسليم مشروع هام ومسجد يعتبر من أهم المساجد بالمدينة وارتباطه بمعلم تاريخي إلى متبرع ليقوم بالتصرف فيه إذ ترتبط أهميته بمسجد قباء والقبلتين ويعتبر إحدى الواجهات الرئيسية للزوار والحجاج، فيما حمل الأهالي وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية مسؤولية تعثر المشروع وطالبوا بسحب المشروع كاملا من المتبرع الذي تكفل به، وإعلان ذلك سواء بتكفل الوزارة بالمشروع بالكامل أو إيجاد متبرع جديد لإكمال المشروع، مؤكدين أن مثل هذه المشاريع يجب أن تتكفل بها الوزارة المعنية خاصة أن المشروع في أحد الأماكن المهمة التي يقصدها الزوار والحجاج مطالبا بإنهاء المشكلة واستكمال بناء المسجد في أسرع وقت ممكن، لافتا إلى أن الكثير من الزوار يتحرجون من زيارة سيد الشهداء بسبب عدم وجود مكان يكفيهم للصلاة فيه، مشيرا إلى دخول المشروع في عامه الثالث دون تحرك أي من الجهات المختصة، مفيدا أن على المتبرع عند وصوله إلى نقطة حرجة أن يعلن أن إكمال المشروع أصبح دون استطاعته بدلا من تمسكه بإنهاء المشروع ما أدى إلى تعثره دون وجه حق في ذلك.

من جهته أوضح لـ «عكاظ» مدير فرع وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والأوقاف بالمدينة المنورة محمد الامين الخطري أن المتبرع أوقع ادارته في حرج كبير مع الاهالي اذ انه تكفل ببناء المسجد وتمويل تكاليفه وإدارة المشروع بالكامل وعمل فيه حتى تم إنجاز 60% من المشروع، إلا أنه توقف بعد ذلك لمشكلة حصلت مع المقاول المنفذ مؤكدا أن الوزارة تتابع الموضوع لاستكمال المشروع في أسرع وقت ممكن.

The Ministry of Haj recently detected the distribution of Zamzam bottles inconsistent with the specifications of the King Abdullah Bottled Zamzam Water Project, which the ministry distributes to the pilgrims on their departure from the Kingdom.

A ministry source said that the official body has warned Haj and Umrah firms against promoting the sales of these fake bottles to worshippers inside their lodgings.

“Further search operations and investigations revealed that the fake bottles are being supplied by unlicensed individuals at pilgrims’ accommodations,” the source said.

The National Water Company (NWC) is the sole operator for the Zamzam water project which, in compliance with the requirements of the air cargo security committee, allows pilgrims to carry 5-liter bottles of the sacred water through the Kingdom’s airports.

The King Abdullah Bottled Zamzam Water Project aims to provide pilgrims with the holy water in an organized and efficient manner. The project produces 5,000 cubic meters of Zamzam water daily and 200,000 plastic bottles with a volume of 5 liters each at a total cost of SR700 million.

The project was inaugurated during the holy month of Ramadan in 2009 and includes 42 distribution points.

Al-Assaf said the first phase of the Prophet’s Mosque expansion is being implemented on its eastern side with the support of 7,000 engineers and workers. This is the largest in the city’s history.

The Finance Ministry has identified 10,000 properties surrounding the mosque that has to make way for the project. The ministry has already paid compensation to 2,500 property owners. Al-Assaf said the remaining beneficiaries would receive their compensation soon, adding that a specialized committee was working on it.

King Abdullah laid the foundation stone for the expansion project in September 2012. The project, which includes the construction of a new building northeast of the present mosque, is being carried out according to international standards. The annex building covering 82,000 square meters will provide additional prayer space for 167,000 worshippers.

“This will bring the total area of the mosque to 98,500 square meters while the mosque’s terrace, covering 67,000 square meters will accommodate 90,000 worshippers. The project also includes an underground floor to accommodate air conditioning and cooling systems and other services,” he said.

Makkah’s traffic department has approved eight detours to ease congestion close to the Grand Mosque caused by huge numbers of Umrah pilgrims and visitors.

Col. Salman bin Mayous Al-Jumaihi, director of the traffic department, said the measures have been taken to prevent pilgrims heading to the mosque’s southern courtyards, where construction is currently underway.

He said that traffic coming from Azizia is being redirected to the tunnel of the small market in Makkah. All contracted and hotel vehicles now have to use the tunnels to take passengers to Bab Ali courtyard. Those coming from Kadi in the direction of Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street, especially on Fridays, would have to use the same route.

“Vehicles allocated to transport Umrah pilgrims will be redirected through the northern courtyard and ease congestion at the Bin Laden traffic lights,” he said. Those traveling from Al-Maabda and Al-Jubaiza Street will be redirected to Al-Ghaza station, and Shaab Amer courtyard. He urged Umrah pilgrims and hotel owners to abide by these instructions.

He said a detailed plan has been drafted in cooperation with all local authorities. There is a ban on parking in the central area and underpasses, and people are encouraged to use public transport where possible. قطعت أمانة العاصمة المقدسة خيوط الجدل القائمة حول إزالة مكتبة مكة المكرمة مكان ولادة الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وذلك بعد أثار مشائخ ومغردون في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي جدلا كبيرا وأحاديث مفادها بأن هناك توجها لإزالتها ضمن مشروع توسعة الحرم المكي الشريف.

مفيدة بأن المكتبة لن يتم إزالتها ضمن أعمال الإزالة ونزع الملكيات للصالح مشروع توسعة ساحات الحرم المكي الشريف.

وأكد مساعد أمين العاصمة المقدسة للتنمية والتطوير المهندس عارف قاضي، بأن هناك توجه بالإبقاء على مكتبة مكة المكرمة موقع مولد النبي محمد صل الله عليه وسلم والمحافظة على الأثر.

وأضاف قاضي: فيما يتعلق بآلية التطوير والتجديد للمكتبة فالموضوع يحتاج إلى دراسات معمقة وعقد اجتماعات مع جهات أخرى معنية بذلك، مؤكدا بأن الأمانة ستعمل على تطوير كامل المنطقة المحيطة بالحرم المكي الشريف.

إلى ذلك قال المشرف العام على تطوير الساحات المهندس حسن عيد:”لم يرد للجنة أي توجيهات بإزالة مبنى مكتبة مكة المكرمة، وأن أعمال الإزالة تجري حاليا ضمن 4 مراحل، و جميع تلك المراحل لن تشمل إزالة المبنى المشار إليه”.

وكانت وسائل الإعلام نقلت تحذير عضو هيئة كبار العلماء ومجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدكتور عبد الوهاب أبو سليمان، من إزالة مكتبة مكة المكرمة، حيث قال: ” إن إزالة المكتبة هو في الواقع إزالة لأعظم شواهد التاريخ الإسلامي وجرح لمشاعر المسلمين قاطبة، إذ تأكد لنا وبما لا يدع مجالاً للشك أن مكان المكتبة الآن هو مكان ولادة الرسول محمد عليه السلام، وستكون عواقب إزالته سيئة وسبة تاريخية تتناقلها الأجيال”.

وعلى ذات الصعيد أكد المشرف العام على إدارة المتاحف بجامعة أم القرى أستاذ تاريخ الجزيرة العربية الدكتور فواز بن علي الدهاس، ان المكان الذي شهد الولادة النبوية الشريفة معروف ومتواتر لدى الباحثين من المؤرخين المكيين من لدن ابن إسحاق والازرقي في كتابه تاريخ مكة والفاسي في شفائه وبنو فهد في كتبهم المتعددة والغازي والكردي حتى وقتنا الحاضر وهو يقع في مدخل شعب بني هاشم ويمثل معلما مهما من معالم المدينة المقدسة وهي مكتبة مكة المكرمة.

والموقع نفسه يتمركز في منطقة ملاصقة للحرم المكي الشريف في الناحية الشرقية منه وقد حظيت هذه المنطقة بآثار تاريخية كثيرة لا يتسع المجال للبسط فيها وشهدت احداثا تاريخية جليلة، وقد مر هذا الموقع بعدة مراحل خلال عمره الزمني وحظي باهتمام خلفاء المسلمين وسلاطينهم وملوكهم.

وأضاف الدهاس، كان هذا الموقع ضمن غيره من أملاك بني هاشم وعندما هاجر المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم الى المدينة النبوية استولى عقيل بن أبي طالب عليها وظل في يده ثم في عقبه من بعده حتى اشتراه محمد بن يوسف الثقفي فادخله في داره الشهيرة المعروفة في التاريخ بدار ابن يوسف فلم يزل هذا البيت في هذه الدار حتى قدمت أم الخليفتين موسى وهارون : السيدة الخيزران زوجة الخليفة العباسي المهدي صاحب التوسعة التاريخية في المسجد الحرام فجعلته مسجدا يصلي فيه وذلك في سنة 171هـ وظل كذلك يتعهده الخلفاء والملوك بالعمارة والترميم حتى تهدم هذا المسجد في سنواته الأخيرة فكانت لفتة كريمة من مؤسس هذا الكيان الشامخ المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى الملك عبد العزيز آل سعود، ان أمر بان يحول هذا الموقع من مسجد الى مكتبة عامرة بالكتب العلمية لا سيما وان موقعه أصبح ملاصقا للمسجد الحرام فوجه رحمه الله في عام 1370هـ أمين العاصمة المقدسة حينئذ عباس يوسف قطان بتنفيذ هذا المشروع ليكون محرابا للعلم ومنارة للمعرفة يؤمها رواد العلم وطلابه من أقطار الدنيا والذين يقدمون الى البيت الحرام أيام الحج .

وقال الدكتور الدهاس :” أن مكتبة مكة المكرمة اليوم تقوم بدورها العلمي لضيوف بيت الله الحرام ولطلاب العلم ورواده، وتضم العديد من المكتبات الخاصة التي أهديت اليها وبلغت العناوين التي تحتويها حوالي 18 الفا و200 عنوان، إضافة الى الدوريات والمجلات القديمة والحديثة.

وأردف الدهاس وان كان المبنى الذي شيد لهذه المكتبة قد عفا عليه الزمن ولا يليق بما تحتويه من أمهات المصادر والمراجع العلمية فضلا عن كونه مسقط رأس المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم فإن الأمل يحدوا بالجميع ان تناله يد الإعمار والتطوير التي شملت جميع المناطق المحيطة به في عهده خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز يحفظه الله”.

شرعت أمانة العاصمة المقدسة في استكمال تنفيذ طريق المشاة بمشعر عرفات، الذي يمتد من منطقة جبل الرحمة وحتى نهاية المشعر بطول 2800 متر، وعرض 20 مترا.

وأوضح الناطق الإعلامي بأمانة العاصمة المقدسة أسامة زيتوني، أنه روعي في تصميم الطريق وتنفيذه أعلى المعايير الهندسية والفنية، التي تضمن الاستفادة منه بالشكل المطلوب، مع تنفيذ العديد من المجسمات التي صممت بما يتناسب مع قدسية المكان، وتمنح المزيد من الراحة لسالكي الطريق.

وأضاف زيتوني أن الطريق يحتوي على 200 دورة مياه، و10 برادات ماء، و120 عمود إنارة ذات أشكال جمالية مميزة، و240 فانوس LED، و100 كرسي لراحة المشاة، و100 مظلة للحماية من أشعة الشمس، و100 سلة نفايات، ونحو 5500 متر مربع من النجيلة الطبيعية لإضفاء الأجواء الصحية على الممشى.

برز من بين الوثائق التاريخية التي تملكها دارة الملك عبدالعزيز، مخطوطة كان قد أهداها خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ حفظه الله - للدارة قبل 18 عامًا، باسم (المُقنِع) لموفق الدين أبو محمد بن قدامة الذي عاش ما بين 541 هـ و620هـ، وأعيد نسخها في الدرعية عام 1220هـ، متناولة الأمور الفقهيّة التي يحتاجها المسلم في حياته.

ولم تكن هذه المخطوطة إلا واحدة من سلسلة الوثائق التاريخية التي حرص الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز - وفقه الله - على اقتنائها من مختلف مصادرها، تلبية لشغفه الفطري بالعلم الذي لازمه منذ الصغر، وكان سببًا في وصفه برجل التاريخ والثقافة والفكر، إضافة لرغبته - أيده الله - في خدمة تاريخ الجزيرة العربية، وعلومها، وآدابها، لإمداد الباحثين وطلبة العلم بما يرفد معارفهم من المصادر الأصيلة والكتب النافعة.

وعدّت خطوة الملك سلمان في إهداء المخطوطة "إبان توليه إمارة منطقة الرياض ورئاسة مجلس إدارة دارة الملك عبدالعزيز" مثالاً، استشهد به كل من يملك وثيقة تاريخية قديمة في المملكة، ليهرع الجميع إلى إيداع ما لديهم من مصادر تاريخية إلى الدارة، فأودعت كل مصدر باسم صاحبه، حتى يعود إليه متى يشاء، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الملك المفدى - رعاه الله -.

ويؤكد المسؤولون في الدارة أن مخطوطة (المُقنِع) من أهم ما ورد إليهم عن تراث الدولة السعودية الأولى قبل سقوط الدرعية عام 1233هـ، وأعاد نسخها في 375 صفحة الشيخ سليمان بن عبدالله بن محمد بن عبدالوهاب - رحمه الله - في فترة أوج الدرعية، ورخائها الاقتصادي، وذلك بخط عربي أقل ما وصف بغاية الحُسن والضبط الذي استخدم فيه الألوان الزاهية، والزخرفة، والخطوط المتعدّدة.

وحظيت المخطوطة بأهمية بالغة لدى علماء الفقه الإسلامي، وحقق إعادة طباعتها حاليًا في كتب فاخرة انتشارًا واسعًا في العالم الإسلامي، حيث عُدت مرجعًا علميًا أصيلاً في القضايا الفقهية المتعدّدة، ناهيك عن دورها التاريخي في إبراز اهتمام الدولة السعودية الأولى بالعلم، والعناية بنشر الكتب في فترة ذاع فيها صيت النسخ والنشر على أيدي الوراقين.

وتحتفظ الدارة بمخطوطة (المُقنِع) في مركز للمخطوطات يقع في قاعة تضم أكثر من خمسة آلاف وثيقة أثرية، وما إن يدلف الزائر إليها إلا ويعود به الزمن إلى القرن السادس الهجري، حيث الكتب والمخطوطات التاريخية الإسلامية والخاصة بالجزيرة العربية، والعهد السعودي تحديدًا، يتوسّط ذلك أدوات عتيقة استخدمها الوراقون في نجد للنسخ خلال القرون الوسطى، وأوراق متناثرة هنا وهناك تحت زجاج حافظ مرقمة وموصومة بأسماء أصحابها، وتحمل في طياتها بصمات لحقب زمنية متنوعة.

وبضغطة زرّ واحد تتغير الأجواء في ممرات ومكاتب دارة الملك عبدالعزيز ما بين البرودة والاعتدال، إلا أن مركز المخطوطات يحتفظ بدرجة حرارة ثابتة قدرها 21 درجة، وهي أجواء أكد خُبراء الورق أنها تؤمّن حفظ الأوراق التاريخية من التلف، بعد أن تم إعادة ترميمها في مركز الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز للترميم والمحافظة على المواد التاريخية التابع للدارة.

وتتيح الدارة للباحثين وطلاب العلم الاطلاع على محتويات المركز الذي أنشئ عام 1423هـ، وسجل عضوًا في هيئة المخطوطات الإسلامية بجامعة كامبريدج البريطانية، وذلك للاستفادة المعرفيّة منها، في حين بلغ عدد الرسائل العلمية التي اعتمدت على هذه المخطوطات 250 رسالة، إضافة إلى ترشيح عدد من المخطوطات لتحويلها إلى كتب مطبوعة.
